A Little Bit About Me
I'm Becman, a passionate dog lover, proud dog mum and the person behind Becman K9 Photography.
My journey into professional dog photography began after losing my beloved boy Mack. I'd always been the person taking thousands of photos of my dogs, but losing him made me realise just how priceless those little moments become.
Since then, my beautiful Chicken and my ridiculous boy T-Rex have taught me even more about love, loss and the importance of celebrating life. They may no longer be physically beside me, but they're forever part of the heart behind my photography.
These days, I share my adventures with Kaida, my Belgian Parkour Piranha, who keeps life anything but boring!
More Than Just a Photograph
For me, dog photography has never been about getting the perfect pose.
It's about capturing who your dog really is.
The cheeky expressions, the favourite toy, the ridiculous antics, the quiet moments and those little looks that only you recognise.
I've had the privilege of photographing dogs at every stage of life, from energetic puppies to beautiful old souls nearing the end of their journey.
And if there's one thing I've learned, it's that every single life deserves to be celebrated.
My goal is simple: I want dogs and their humans to feel seen. I want you to look at your photographs and recognise the personality, spirit and unique character of the dog you love.

Sessions are tailored to suit your dog's individual personality, comfort and needs. Whether they're bursting with energy, a little unsure, wonderfully stubborn or happiest just doing their own thing, there's no expectation for them to be anything other than themselves.
I want the experience to be relaxed, enjoyable and something both you and your dog can feel good about.
Because the photographs that mean the most aren't necessarily the perfectly posed ones.
They're the ones that make you smile and say, "That's SO my dog!"
